Reservations and Cancellations
All reservations made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure your booking, a 50% prepayment is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations are allowed up to 30 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will result in the loss of the prepayment. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.

Use of the Property
The property is rented for short-term stays only. Guests must treat the property with respect and care, leaving it in the same condition as upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

Liability
Sukošanska Vila is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests’ belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings and ensuring their own safety while on the property.

Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on this Site. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
